OFFENSIVE LINEMEN

Great technique is a differentiator at the offensive line position. Learn the details and nuances of playing offensive line from former NFL and NCAA National Champion Offensive Linemen Coach Mike Barry. Centers, Guards, and Tackles will all become more proficient and precise in executing the technical aspects of line play showing marked improvement in all primary skills!

Offensive Linemen receive professional instruction on:

• Fundamentals of Stance, footwork and leverage
• Offensive line acumen including blocking schematics and play design
• Front identification including Blitz recognition and pick-up
• Run game schemes and blocking techniques (zone, combo, reach, pull)
• Pass protection schemes and pass blocking techniques (kick set, man, slide)

O Line Training Sessions are provided as follows:

• Training Sprint 1 (January 7 – Feb 7); Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evenings
• Training Sprint 2 (February 18 to March 20); Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evenings
• Training Sprint 3 (April 7 to May 9); Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evenings
• Training Sprint 5 (June 10 to June 27); Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning and evening sessions
• Training Sprint 6 (July 1 to July 18); Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning and evening sessions
